Strategy: The objective of the Euro Pac International Dividend Income Fund is to seek income and maximize growth of income by investing in countries outside of the US. The Fund will employ a value-oriented approach to select securities the Fund’s advisor believes are trading below their intrinsic value, and will pay sustainably high dividends that grow over time. In selecting securities, the Fund’s advisor will consider a number of qualitative and quantitative factors such as free cash flow and earnings yield and growth, operating leverage and balance sheet strength, as well as management quality and corporate governance.
Reasons to Invest:
Income: By focusing on international investments, a US investor may be able to enhance the yield they are able to receive from their portfolio.
Targeted Geographic Exposure: Because the fund focuses on countries with favorable fundamentals, it may be underweight in Japan, the UK and the Euro block countries; however, the fund does not focus exclusively on emerging markets. This allows investors targeted developed and emerging market exposure where equity markets may outperform based on growth prospects and potential for currency appreciation.
Sector Themes: The fund focuses on sectors in each country, where companies may have a long-term comparative advantage versus their peers world-wide.

The Fund’s Advisor has contractually agreed to waive its fees and/or pay for operating expenses of the Fund to ensure that the total annual fund operating expenses (excluding any taxes, leverage interest, brokerage commissions, dividend and interest expenses on short sales, acquired fund fees and expenses (as determined in accordance with Form N-1A), expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, and extraordinary expenses such as litigation expenses) do not exceed 1.50% of the average daily net assets of Class A shares and 1.25% of Class I shares of the Fund. This agreement is in effect until March 1, 2017, and it may be terminated before that date only by the Trust’s Board of Trustees.
Foreign investments present additional risk due to currency fluctuations, which means the value of securities, can change significantly when foreign currencies strengthen or weaken relative to the U.S. dollar, economic and political factors, government regulations, differences in accounting standards and other factors. Investments in emerging markets involve even greater risks.
The price of equity securities may rise or fall because of changes in the broad market or changes in a company’s financial condition, sometimes rapidly or unpredictably. These price movements may result from factors affecting individual companies, sectors or industries selected for the Fund’s portfolio or the securities market as a whole, such as changes in economic or political conditions. Equity securities are subject to “stock market risk” meaning that stock prices in general (or in particular, the prices of the types of securities in which a fund invests) may decline over short or extended periods of time. When the value of a fund’s securities goes down, an investment in a fund decreases in value.
