What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your computer or mobile phone’s internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, & Safari). They are usually used by websites to improve services for you, to find out more information about the popularity of a website and for delivering more relevant advertising.
1. Site performance cookies
2. Social Media cookies
3. Anonymous Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics software to monitor the number of people visiting the website, which uses a cookie to collect this information. Google Analytics only collects anonymous aggregate data, i.e. we cannot tell who you are or link data back to a specific username, and everyone’s data is shown as a whole, not individually. We use this only for statistical purposes to tell us information like how many people are new to the site or have visited before and which pages are the most popular.
4. Other third-party cookies
Sometimes functionality gets added to the site which requires a cookie to operate. These are generally used to capture referrals to third party sites or collect anonymous data.
5. Online Advertising Use
This site uses pixels: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Ads Remarketing to advertise Euro Pacific Asset Management across the Internet. Advertising could be served on the Google and Bing search results page, or a third-party site within the Google and Bing Display Networks. Remarketing Ads may be served to you based on what areas of the Euro Pacific Asset Management website you have visited. This is accomplished by placing a cookie on your web browser. This cookie does not identify you or give access to your device. The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that “This person visited a particular page, so serve them ads relevant to that page.” Google Ads Remarketing allows us to serve ads that are appropriate to you.
